JN Partners Mission

JN Partners was formed in 2018.  After being in residential real estate since 2002;  John Neil formed the partnership whose mission to better serve our clients by partnering up with like minded agents who want a win / win situation for every real estate transaction that we are involved in.  At JN Partners we look for agents with great experience levels both in real estate and non real estate career fields.  

Before getting into residential real estate full time, John’s career started in commercial real estate construction and property management with another 15 years experience  in outside sales :  wholesale produce, construction industry sales plus he had a three state territory as a sporting goods manufacturers rep.  

From the agent on the other side or a real estate transaction, to the inspectors, to the closing attorney, to the lender and most importantly our CLIENT ; our vast business and real estate experience enables us to get things done and negotiated for our clients in much more favorable terms than other less experienced agents or teams. We are also able to pitch in for each other when others are busy or out of town.  We are NOT a team working for someone at the top!   We are Partners who work together to help each other any way we can.  We hope you will put this experience to work for you with your next real estate transaction!!!!!
